Entering Colombia as a Tourist
Answer
The general rule applies to you
No exception is recorded for citizens of Brazil on this topic. That is the answer, not a gap - everything below is the rule you get, unchanged.

Ninety days, extendable by ninety, and then a hard stop: 180 days in any 365 is the ceiling and it cannot be extended past it. The days need not be consecutive, so the limit follows you across separate trips. Two things are required that travellers often do not expect - a health policy covering the whole stay, and a return ticket you must be able to show at the border.

Requirements
- Authorised stay of 90 days, extendable by a further 90 calendar days
- A hard ceiling of 180 days, continuous or not, within each 365 calendar days counted from the issue of the visa
- A health policy covering you in Colombia against all risks - accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalisation, death or repatriation - for the whole intended stay
- A reservation for tickets in and out of the country
- At the border you must be able to demonstrate you hold the corresponding exit ticket
- The visa does not permit working in Colombia
- No dependants can be included on this visa
In detail
The ceiling is the part that catches people
Ninety plus ninety reads like a generous six months, and it is - once. The article then sets a ceiling of 180 days within each 365, counted from when the visa was issued, and says the stay becomes non-extendable on reaching it. Because the days need not be consecutive, leaving and returning does not reset anything. Someone spending three months in Colombia in spring and planning three more in autumn has used the whole year's allowance, and there is no extension available for the second half.
What applies to you
Nothing changes for a citizen of Brazil
We have no rule recorded that treats your citizenship differently here, so the general rule above is the one that applies to you. That is an answer, not a gap.
What the law says
«Vigencia: Hasta un (1) año. La permanencia autorizada en el territorio nacional será de 90 días, prorrogable por otros 90 días calendario, continuos o discontinuos. La permanencia será improrrogable al completar 180 días. continuos o discontinuos dentro de cada trescientos sesenta y cinco (365) días calendario, contados a partir de la expedición de la visa.»Our translation - not official
Validity: up to one (1) year. The authorised stay in national territory will be 90 days, extendable by another 90 calendar days, continuous or discontinuous. The stay becomes non-extendable on completing 180 days, continuous or discontinuous, within each three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days, counted from the issue of the visa.
Note what the 365 days are counted from: the issue of the visa, not your arrival. Two separate trips of 90 days in the same window exhaust the allowance.
