Issues the instrument

Bulgaria's official gazette, published by the National Assembly since 1879. An act takes effect on publication here and every amendment in this corpus is identified by its issue and year - ДВ бр. 52 от 2025 г. and the like. Nothing in the Bulgarian records cites it yet, because its archive could not be navigated: the issue list is a JSF form driven by POST and the extraction service reached only the current issue's contents page.

An instrument published here takes legal effect on publication. This is where the law becomes the law.

Cannot be cited for

It publishes acts as they were voted and does not consolidate them, so what is here is the amending act and never the amended law. It is therefore the right trigger for a re-read and the wrong source for what a statute says today. Its online archive also does not reach back to 1998, when both the Aliens Act and the Citizenship Act were promulgated.
