What it publishes under the name of an Act is often the Bill: the Road Traffic Act 2018 file is headed A BILL ENTITLED and leaves the enactment date as an empty pair of brackets. Both of the Acts it publishes that matter here commence on a day the Minister appoints by notice in the Gazette, with different days permitted for different provisions, and it publishes no such notice.
