Its pages carry the figures no instrument states: the number of residence permits drawn each year for economically active EEA nationals and for non-active ones, the draw cadence, the documents required and the total fee charged on a permit granted by the government. Each page prints its own last-updated date.

It is the agency describing the law it applies, not the law. Where a page and an instrument disagree the instrument governs, and a figure on a page that is not in an instrument is recorded as the agency's statement. It also mis-cites: the page on allocation of the B permit gives the Ausländergesetz as LGBl. 2008 Nr. 11 when it is Nr. 311. It is behind a Cloudflare challenge, so a plain fetch gets a 403 'Just a moment' page; Firecrawl passes.
